Ordering & Shipping

THE ORDERING PROCESS:

Each item is handmade to order, I hold no ready-made stock (except for one-off pieces). There is no set time frame for production, of course I aim for a reasonable and realistic production time. Larger orders will obviously take longer to produce. Please feel free to contact me at any time for an update on your order, estimated production schedule/ estimated shipping date or any other questions you may have.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

All orders, no matter the size or weight, have a standard shipping fee.

Domestic (UK) - £10

International - £15

All orders are sent through Royal Mail, they are insured and tracked. Each order will be sent along with a tracking number to follow the shipment. Please use the Royal Mail website for tracking information on your order once the shipping confirmation email has been sent. 

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

Each item is handmade to order (except for one-off pieces), so returns are not offered as standard, but please do contact me and it will be reviewed by case to case. 

Please contact me immediately if there is something wrong with your order on arrival, each item is carefully checked for any faults or defects before shipping but I am only human and mistakes can be made, I will be more than happy to try and resolve the issue. 

Damages from rough handling, playing, or wear & tear is not covered by my refund and returns policy. Doll clothing is extremely delicate and should be treated gently. Please read the provided care card included in your order for more information.
